Arrowhead Campground and Marina in Glenville, New York
Mary and Robin Hoff have discovered a lovely campground in upstate New York--
Just off the NY turnpike west of Schenectady there is a beautiful wooded campground right on the Mohawk River/Erie Canal.  Attached is a photo taken out the front window of our coach.  It is family run and has several local, regulars that have been camping there summers for 20+ years.  Very well maintained.  We stayed twice, once for a week in late May while I attended a conference in nearby Albany, NY and then again the second week in June for three nights/4days on our way back from New England.  We'd make it a regular stop if it wasn't almost 3,000 miles from home!

Enchanted Trails RV Resort and Trading Post In Albuquerque, NM -
Is another campground suggested by Mary and Robin Huff.
It is a retro Route 66 campground with nice, level gravel sites, a gift shop that sells lots of Route 66 stuff and has a half dozen restored, vintage RVs that they also rent out.  It is just off I-40 about 10 miles west of I-25 and right next door to a Camping World.  Really nice owner and staff.  Even the laundry is vintage with an old wringer washer and a mangle.

Alpine Rose RV Park in Durango, CO. -
Mary and Robin Huff
It is just 2 miles north of Durango on US 550.  Beautiful large wooded sites, nice pool, laundry facilities, etc.  Great staff and they sometimes cook breakfast and/or pizza.  Durango is a fun town with the Durango-Silverton train and it is a short drive to Mesa Verde Nat'l Park.

On San Diego Bay, just off the I-5  Between the 54 and the 905.
It is clean, has great weather and the scenes of the ocean are beautiful. Lots of places to walk, ride a bike and places to shop close-by. Large club house and kitchen area, and the swimming pool is fine!

Seven Feathers RV Resort
Jim and Anita Bent describe this Southern Oregon park as one of the best RV parks in the  country.
North Bound I-5, Exit 99, left at the stop sign onto the frontage road. Follow the road left under the I-5 overpass continuing on the frontage road on the other side of the freeway. Stay on the road as it becomes Quintioosa Blvd, up the hill ½ mile to the RV Resort.

KOA Richfield, Ut.
Sharron McCleery and Ken Folstrom highly recommend this park.
Travelling east on Interstate 70 this RV Park is located less than 2 miles from the  Interstate in a park like setting of overgrown shade trees. It has all of the
amenities one would like: pool, wifi, laundry, cable TV and small
store at office. Would highly recommend travelers to stop and
stay here. Elevation is 5300’ so cooler temperatures in the
summer months.
